This policy explains what limited data cefalutours.com collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible. cefalutours.com is an independent affiliate guide, not a tour operator.

1. Who we are

cefalutours.com is an independent travel guide to tours in Cefalù, Sicily. For any privacy question, contact hello@cefalutours.com.

2. Server logs

Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of access. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to personally identify you.

3. The GetYourGuide booking widget

Some pages embed a live availability calendar served by GetYourGuide, and our booking links lead to GetYourGuide. When the widget loads or you interact with it — or when you follow a booking link — GetYourGuide may set its own cookies and process data (including your IP address and booking activity) under GetYourGuide's own privacy policy. We also use a GetYourGuide analytics tag so that bookings made through our links can be attributed to this site.

4. Cookies

cefalutours.com does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run a third-party analytics suite of our own. The only cookies you may receive come from GetYourGuide's widget and links, as described above. Because our scope is US-primary and we set no marketing cookies ourselves, we do not display a cookie consent banner; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5. No accounts or marketing lists

We do not run user accounts, contact forms or email newsletters, so we do not collect names, email addresses or payment details. Any booking and payment happens entirely on GetYourGuide.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing.
